Families supporting the AMIS Education Foundation took a break from cooking by going to the Figo Pasta location in the Virginia-Highlands for supper. Terrace Assistant Teacher Atlanta Boeri gave an informal Italian lesson as part of the evening out.
10% of purchases for dine-in or take-out from 5:00-9:30 pm were donated to the foundation upon mention of the Dine Out program. Proceeds will benefit financial aid, teacher continuing education, and classroom enrichment at AMIS.
