We are proud to announce the establishment of the AMIS Education Foundation (AMISEF). The Foundation was incorporated on September 26, 2008, and will serve as a non-profit organization dedicated to providing AMIS teacher and classroom enrichment opportunities as well as student financial aid scholarships. The AMISEF is currently in the process of receiving our 501(c)(3) status from the IRS. This allows AMISEF to secure significantly more donations – especially from corporations and other private foundations and also makes all future contributions to the foundation tax deductible. The AMIS Education Foundation is a non-profit public charity with its own governing body and Board of Directors. |
